Supreme People's Procuratorate: Continue to Safeguard the Legalized Business Environment
According to the Supreme People's Procuratorate, in 2025, the administrative procuratorial departments of national procuratorates actively participated in the "special action to standardize law enforcement involving enterprises" and the "special judicial supervision on illegal extraterritorial law enforcement and profit-seeking law enforcement" conducted by the Supreme Procuratorate, continuously increasing the supervision of administrative cases involving enterprises in accordance with the law. In 2025, national procuratorates handled more than 4,500 administrative procuratorial supervision cases involving enterprises, with a total amount of more than 640 million yuan, in order to help companies overcome difficulties, continuously safeguard the rule of law and business environment. Li Haoxin, Deputy Director of the Administrative Procuratorial Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, introduced that procuratorial organs are focusing on issues such as the "four chaos", illegal extraterritorial law enforcement and profit-seeking law enforcement, illegal seizure and freezing of corporate assets, improper application of punishment for breach of trust, and errors in effective judgments that violate the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises, targeting supervision precisely and correcting it in accordance with the law to ensure the legitimate property rights and operating rights of enterprises. At the same time, around the construction of the credit system for enterprises and key areas such as real estate seizure, administrative procuratorial departments are promoting the big data legal supervision model of procuratorates in places such as Wenzhou, Zhejiang, and Suzhou, Jiangsu, to promote the resolution of practical difficulties that arise from improper application of credit punishment measures, untimely deletion of discredited information leading to damage to corporate credit evaluation, and difficulties in production and operation.
