Yemen security forces open fire on protestors attacking the presidential palace.

A Yemeni security official said on the 19th that in the southern port city of Aden, Yemeni government security forces fired at and dispersed anti-government protesters attempting to storm the presidential palace. According to sources, the presidential palace guard also fired live ammunition at the demonstrators. These protesters support the Southern Transitional Council, a local power that has already been disbanded.
