The Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, Luo Wen, inspected the emergency duty work during the Spring Festival on site.

On the morning of February 15th, Comrade Luo Wen, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation, inspected the emergency duty at the headquarters of the Administration. He also had telephone conversations with local market regulatory bureaus, expressed condolences to frontline staff on duty, and made clear requirements for further strengthening emergency duty during the Spring Festival holiday. Comrade Liu Jun, member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Administration, participated in the inspection. Luo Wen emphasized that 2026 is the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and it is of great significance to maintain market order and safety during the Chinese New Year period. Market regulatory departments across the country should focus on key areas of consumer spending during the Spring Festival, strengthen safety supervision under the "three products and one special" system, increase monitoring and supervision of prices of essential goods and services, carefully address hidden safety risks, strengthen emergency duty, respond promptly to social concerns, effectively maintain market order and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers to ensure that the people have a happy and peaceful Spring Festival holiday.
