Liuyuan Group acquires equity of Hunan Yonghe General Aviation.

On February 13, the overall handover signing ceremony of the Yonghe Aviation Project was held in Changsha. The equity held by Changsha Guokong Group in Hunan Yonghe General Aviation Industry Development Co., Ltd. was transferred to Liufa Group, marking the official entry of Liufa Group into the new low-altitude economic track. As the equity recipient, Liufa Group will take over the main responsibility for the development, construction, and operation of the Yonghe Aviation Project.
