The General Office of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province issued the "Several Policy Measures to Support the High-Quality Development of the Biomanufacturing Industry in Heilongjiang Province", which mentioned vigorously developing bio-chemical engineering. Encouraging the development of high-tech content, high value-added bio-based chemical products and materials such as polyols, long-chain diacids, polylactic acid, polyesters, and bio-based nylons, promoting the application of bio-based products in the fields of plastic packaging, daily chemical consumption, transportation logistics, environmental protection, and construction materials. For key new products with annual single product sales revenue of over 2 million yuan, development enterprises will be rewarded 5% of the annual actual transaction amount, with a maximum reward of 500,000 yuan for a single product, and a maximum accumulated annual reward of 3 million yuan for a single enterprise.
