The General Office of the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province issued the "Several Policy Measures to Support the High-Quality Development of the Biomanufacturing Industry in Heilongjiang Province", which mentions supporting enterprises in intelligent transformation and digitalization. It supports biomanufacturing enterprises in using technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things to upgrade and improve their digital and intelligent levels. Companies that meet the requirements of the technology transformation policy will receive financial support in the form of subsidies from the provincial government. For digitized workshops and intelligent factories recognized at the provincial level, a one-time subsidy equal to 10% of the project contract amount will be provided, with a maximum subsidy of 2 million yuan for digitized workshops and 10 million yuan for intelligent factories. It also recommends eligible applicants to apply for national level outstanding intelligent factories.
