A passenger ship sank in central Sudan, with 12 passengers missing.

On February 14th local time, the Sudanese civil institution "Sudan Doctors Network" issued a statement that a passenger boat carrying 16 passengers sank in the Nile River in the central White Nile State of Sudan. The local civil defense department has launched a search and rescue operation, and 4 people have been rescued so far, while the remaining 12 passengers are still missing.
