The Wuhan Municipal People's Government issued the "Measures for Supporting the Innovative Development of Artificial Intelligence OPC in Wuhan" on the 13th. The "Measures" propose support for the research and application of model tools. Encouraging various innovative entities to develop lightweight development tools, low-code platforms, and vertical domain model tools, tackle the efficient development framework of intelligent bodies; addressing the technical bottlenecks faced by OPC in the landing of vertical industries, supporting OPC challenges, universities and research institutions to answer, achieving precise connection and collaborative research and development of technical supply and industrial demand, for projects that meet the conditions after evaluation, they will be included in the city's key research and development plan, and receive up to 1 million yuan in funding support. Support OPC in building vertical domain models, for models with advanced performance, give up to 5 million yuan in subsidies to the research and development units based on 30% of the research and development cost according to the regulations. Support OPC to carry out large-scale model vertical domain applications by calling third-party large model APIs or using localized deployment methods, giving up to 1 million yuan in subsidies according to the regulations based on no more than 50% of the model procurement cost.
