On February 13, it was learned from the Qingmao Border Inspection Station of the Zhuhai Border Inspection General Station that since the start of the Spring Festival travel rush on February 2, Qingmao Port has welcomed a peak in inbound and outbound passenger flow. As of 12:00 on the 13th, the number of inbound and outbound personnel at the port reached approximately 1.3 million, with a daily passenger flow increase of about 11% compared to normal days. It is reported that the Spring Festival holiday period is traditionally a peak period for passenger flow at Qingmao Port, and this year's Spring Festival has a 9-day extended holiday period, with the number of inbound and outbound personnel at the port expected to further increase, reaching approximately 900,000 during the entire holiday period. The Qingmao Border Inspection Station reminds everyone: during the Spring Festival holiday period, the peak outbound passenger flow at Qingmao Port is expected to occur from February 18 to 20, while the peak inbound flow will be from February 21 to 23. The daily peak hours for passenger flow are from 8:00 to 11:00 for departures and from 17:00 to 20:00 for arrivals. Travelers are advised to make travel arrangements in advance and avoid peak travel times.
