Open-source VLA model G0 Tiny for StarMap

On February 13th, Xinghai Tu released and open-sourced the G0 Tiny model for end-side deployment of embodied intelligent applications. The parameter scale is only 250M and supports TensorRT quantization deployment, achieving real-time inference at 10Hz on the NVIDIA Orin platform.
