Liu Liehong presided over a seminar to listen to suggestions and feedback on the planning and construction of Digital China during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

The Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the National Bureau of Statistics, Liu Liehong, presided over a special symposium to hear the opinions and suggestions of industry experts and representatives of enterprises on the deepening of the construction of Digital China during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. At the symposium, Yu Xiaohui, the President of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, as well as representatives from China Electronics Technology Group, China National Petroleum Corporation, State Grid Corporation of China, China Telecom, China Unicom, China Mobile, China Minmetals, and China Tower, made speeches on the situation and tasks of the construction of Digital China during the "14th Five-Year Plan", and offered opinions and suggestions on further promoting the construction of Digital China in their respective fields. The representatives unanimously agreed that the plan has a high positioning and strong systematic framework, providing a clear strategic blueprint for the construction of Digital China in the next five years and beyond. Liu Liehong pointed out that the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the construction of Digital China, and central enterprises have played a major role in this construction. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, it is hoped that central enterprises will demonstrate leadership in the marketization of data factor allocation reform, leading the way in promoting data procurement and development utilization; play a role as a "source of technology" in self-reliance in digital technology; play a role as a "leader in the chain" in the construction of a modern industrial system, contributing more to the deepening of the construction of Digital China.
