Li Jinliang, former deputy party secretary and director of the management committee of the Biotechnology Industrial Park in Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone, is under investigation.

According to the Discipline Inspection Commission of Xining City, Li Jinliang, former deputy secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Management Committee of the Bio-technology Industrial Park in the Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently undergoing discipline inspection and supervision investigation by the Discipline Inspection Commission of Xining City.
