National Health Commission: Promote mutual recognition of at least 300 inspection and testing items in secondary and above medical institutions.

This year, the National Health Commission will continue to include the goal of "using cities as the basic unit, promoting mutual recognition of at least 300 inspection and testing items among secondary and higher-level medical institutions" in the "serving the people" project for 2026. The key measures to be taken include increasing the education and training of medical staff, promoting continuous strengthening of inspection and testing quality supervision in all regions, improving the homogenization level among different medical institutions, effectively ensuring the quality and safety of medical services; guiding cities to issue and update lists of mutual recognition projects and medical institutions based on actual conditions, while clearly specifying situations where mutual recognition is not suitable, further increasing mutual recognition projects, and specifying the coverage scope of mutual recognition institutions.
