Xinwanda: Subsidiary Xinwanda Power reaches a settlement with Weir Electric, the plaintiff has withdrawn the lawsuit.

Xinwanda announcement, its subsidiary Xinwanda Power Technology Co., Ltd. and Weirui Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. had a dispute over a purchase contract. Weirui Electric filed a lawsuit against Xinwanda Power in December 2025 with the Ningbo Intermediate People's Court in Zhejiang Province, demanding that Xinwanda Power fulfill its obligations to pay compensation and other amounts. After fully communicating, both parties agreed to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation and signed a "Settlement Agreement". As of now, the "Settlement Agreement" has taken effect, and the plaintiff has withdrawn the lawsuit filed with the Ningbo Intermediate People's Court in Zhejiang Province.
