The French government issued the "National Food, Nutrition and Climate Strategy" on the 11th, planning to implement 14 specific actions to ensure that all French people can have a healthier and more sustainable, localized diet by 2030, while further enhancing the resilience of the agricultural system and food sovereignty. The 14 specific actions include conducting publicity and mobilization campaigns around healthy and sustainable diets; legislating to require retailers and commercial catering companies to publicly disclose the proportion of sustainable and high-quality products in their annual procurement; and reducing advertisements for high-fat, high-sugar, and high-salt foods that children and teenagers see in the media.
