China Unicom Announcement: The 22nd meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors approved the "Proposal on the Election of Chairman," electing Dong Xin as the Chairman of the Eighth Board of Directors of the company for the same term as the current Board of Directors. Dong Xin has extensive management and telecom industry experience and has been serving as the Chairman of the company since February 2026.
