XinlTai announced that the company held a board meeting in January 2026 to approve the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Qianhai Free Trade Zone in Shenzhen, with a proposed registered capital of no more than 22 million yuan. Recently, the wholly-owned subsidiary completed the business registration procedures and obtained the "Business License" under the name of XinlTai Life Science (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., with a subscribed registered capital of 22 million yuan. The legal representative is Xu Wenjie, and the business scope includes the development of human gene diagnosis and treatment technology.
