Today, reporters learned from the "Optimizing the Concentration of Operators Review Rules, Safeguarding Fair Competition Market Order" special news conference held by the State Administration for Market Regulation that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, the national market supervision departments concluded a total of 3,667 cases of operators' concentration, involving a transaction amount of approximately 17.4 trillion yuan. More than 99% of the concentrations were quickly approved, encouraging operators to carry out concentrations in accordance with the law. The average processing time is 19.8 days, and the average review time is 24.5 days, which is much lower than the statutory review deadline. The improvement in the efficiency of operators' concentration review has effectively stimulated the vitality of the market for mergers and acquisitions.
