Huaihe Energy announced that it is expected to achieve a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company of 1.684 billion to 1.784 billion yuan in 2025, an increase of 826 million to 926 million yuan compared to the previous year's disclosed data, representing a year-on-year increase of 96.31% to 107.97%. Compared with the restated data, the profit is expected to decrease by 109 million to 90.5 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.08% to 0.50%. The non-recurring net profit is expected to be 673 million to 773 million yuan, a decrease of 115 million to 150.5 million yuan compared to the disclosed data, a year-on-year decrease of 14.59% to 1.91%. The performance change is attributed to the completion of the acquisition of the power group's equity in December 2025 and the decrease in coal prices.
