According to the announcement of Yi Yi Co., Ltd., the company plans to purchase 100% equity of Hangzhou Gaoye Home with Many Cats Pet Food Co., Ltd. from 19 trading partners through the issuance of shares and payment of cash, and raise supporting funds. Due to the adjustment of the cat litter sales model and new product promotion invested by the target company in the 2025 Double Eleven event, which led to the failure to reach an agreement on valuation with the trading partners, it was decided to terminate this transaction.
