Recently, netizens have found that a simple question of "the car shop is 50 meters away from my home, should I drive or walk there" has stumped numerous AI big models both domestically and abroad. When presented with such a question, many AI models have "crashed", including ChatGPT, Qianwen, DeepSeek, Gemini 3, and others. A test conducted by Sina Technology found that after asking the "car wash question", ChatGPT answered "walk there", reasoning that "don't complicate simple things", while Qianwen suggested "since the car wash shop is only 50 meters away from your home, it is strongly recommended that you walk there", citing reasons like short distance, resource conservation, no need to find parking spots when walking. Faced with the same question, DeepSeek provided two answers, suggesting walking due to reasons like "resource conservation, avoiding queues, eco-friendly walking, and avoiding the hassle of moving cars", while suggesting driving because "you can directly use the car after washing it, and it is more convenient for people waiting in the car". Google's Gemini 3 big model also provided answers for both situations, on one hand, Gemini 3 suggested driving there because "it's this car that needs washing", and on the other hand, Gemini 3 suggested walking there because "just going for an appointment or consultation", or "the car is not convenient to move in the garage".
