According to the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government website, the "Outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Zhejiang Province" was officially released on February 10th. It proposes to strengthen support for science and technology finance. Deepen the construction of the national science and technology innovation financial reform pilot zones in Hangzhou and Jiaxing, and further promote the national comprehensive pilot of intellectual property finance. Strengthen cooperation with national-level funds, expand the scale of government investment funds for venture capital. Encourage the development of private equity secondary market funds, and encourage private equity funds to participate in mergers and acquisitions of listed companies. Take multiple measures to develop patient capital, improve support policies for early, small, long-term, and hard technology investments, and improve due diligence and liability exemption mechanisms. Improve the risk reduction mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
