Turkey issues a public notice of the impending expiration of anti-dumping measures on ballpoint pens from China.

Recently, the Turkish Ministry of Trade announced in Notice No. 2026/4 that the anti-dumping duty on ballpoint pens originating from China will expire on July 15, 2026. Stakeholders are required to submit a sunset review investigation application before the expiration of the measure. The Turkish tariff numbers for the products involved are 9608.10.10.10.00, 9608.10.99.00.00, and 9608.50.00.10.00. The announcement will take effect from the date of publication.
