The US ITC issues final ruling on Section 337 for photovoltaic busbar wire cable components and their components.

On February 9th, the United States International Trade Commission announced that it had issued a final ruling on certain photovoltaic combiner boxes and their components under section 337: The administrative law judge issued an initial ruling on infringement on February 6, 2026 and proposed remedies. Specifically, if infringement is found in this case, it is recommended to issue a limited exclusion order against the named defendants, U.S. Voltage, LLC of Chapel Hill, N.C., and Zhejiang Ningbo Voltage Smart Production Co., Ningbo, China, regarding the infringing products exported to the U.S., imported into the U.S., and sold in the U.S. Comments on the proposed measures and the public interest involved should be submitted in writing no later than March 9, 2026.
