The Ministry of Finance has issued a notice on the preferential tax policies for cross-border e-commerce export return goods. It is proposed that for goods declared for export under the customs supervision code of cross-border e-commerce from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, if the goods are returned to the country in their original condition within 6 months from the date of export due to unsold or returned reasons, import duties, import value-added tax, and consumption tax will be exempted.
