On February 6th, the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee was held to convey the decision of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China to expel Ni Qiang from the Party, as well as the decision of the National Supervisory Commission to expel Ni Qiang; and announce the decision of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection to conduct disciplinary review and supervisory investigation on Xiao Jie on suspicion of serious violation of discipline and law. The meeting emphasized that the Provincial Party Committee resolutely supports the decision of the Party Central Committee, resolutely supports the decision of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, and resolutely unites ideological and actions with the spirit of the Central Committee's decision, to promote the strict governance of the Party with higher standards and concrete measures, and to firmly support the "Two Establishments" and resolutely uphold the "Two Safeguards" with practical actions.
