China Railway Group: High-speed rail tickets for the night before the festival have been gradually put on sale.

On February 6th, it was learned from China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. that in order to better meet the travel needs of passengers, the railway department has fully tapped into the transport potential and will increase the number of night high-speed trains on major high-speed rail corridors such as Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Shanghai, Shanghai-Kunming during the pre-holiday and post-holiday peak travel periods. Currently, tickets for pre-holiday night high-speed trains have been gradually released. It is understood that the night high-speed trains will operate from February 8th to February 15th before the holiday, and from February 20th to February 25th and March 4th to March 6th after the holiday. The pre-sale period for the increased night high-speed train tickets is uniformly set to 5 days before departure. As of now, there are still available tickets for directions such as Shanghai to Changsha, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Beijing to Harbin, Changchun, Shenyang, Zhengzhou to Xi'an, Guangzhou to Chengdu, Nanjing to Wuhan, etc. Passengers can check related information on the operation of night high-speed trains and purchase tickets through the railway's official website. They can also use the standby ticket purchase function on the website, select the "accept new trains" option, and priority for the tickets of the increased night high-speed trains will be given to passengers who have submitted standby requests, thus increasing the success rate of standby ticket purchases.
