Announcement of WENKE Corporation: On February 5, 2026, the controlling shareholder of the company, Foshan Construction Development Group Co., Ltd., completed the non-trading transfer of 10 million shares held by Shenzhen WENKE Holdings Co., Ltd., accounting for 1.57% of the total share capital of the company, at a transfer price of 4.64 yuan per share. After this transfer, Foshan Construction Development Group's shareholding increased to 240 million shares, accounting for 37.72% of the total shares; of which 140 million shares are unrestricted shares and 100 million shares are restricted shares.
