Shanghai Electric: Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant Resign Due to Work Transfer

Shanghai Electric Power announced that the board of directors recently received the resignation letter from Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant Xie Jing. Due to job transfer, Xie Jing applied to resign from the above-mentioned positions and will leave on February 4, 2026, originally scheduled to serve until February 26, 2028. Xie Jing will not continue to serve in the company or its holding subsidiaries, and there are no unfulfilled public commitments.
