Nasdaq plans to introduce a "fast track" new rule to handle large IPOs such as SpaceX.
Nasdaq is proposing a "Fast Inclusion" rule to speed up the inclusion of large newly listed companies. The revised plan allows newly listed companies to join the Nasdaq 100 index after the first 15 trading days, much shorter than the current wait period of at least three months. This is aimed at making the index more timely in reflecting the market.
