Palm Group: The successful bid for the construction project of high-standard farmland in Suiyang District, Shangqiu City in 2025.

On February 4th, Palm Holdings announced that the company recently received the "Bid Notification" for the "High Standard Farmland Construction Project by 2025 in Suiyang District, Shangqiu City" from the Agricultural and Rural Bureau of Suiyang District, Shangqiu City. The company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Henan Palm Water Conservancy Construction and Development Co., Ltd., in conjunction with Henan Yanduo Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., has been confirmed as the winning bidder for the project. As the lead company in the consortium, Henan Palm Construction, the winning bid amount is estimated to be around 228 million yuan, accounting for 7.44% of the company's operating income in 2024. Once the formal contract is signed and smoothly implemented, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating performance in 2026 and future years.
