Xi Jinping meets with special envoy Le Huai Zhong, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

On the afternoon of February 4th, Chinese President Xi Jinping, who is also the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, met with Vietnamese Communist Party Central Committee Politburo member and Foreign Minister Le Huai Thong, who was visiting as a special envoy of the Vietnamese Communist Party Central Committee.
