According to the Tianyancha App, recently, NewTech Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a change in its business registration, adding the National Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund Partnership as a shareholder. At the same time, the registered capital increased from around 18.717 million RMB to around 19.199 million RMB. NewTech Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2023, with Li Jun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes technology promotion and application services, software development, integrated circuit chip design and services, and sales of integrated circuit chips and products. Shareholder information shows that the company is now jointly owned by Suzhou Good Hope Corner NewTech Enterprise Management Partnership, Shanghai SAIC Chuangyuan Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership, and the aforementioned new shareholder. Public information indicates that the company is a developer of integrated circuit chip design and autonomous driving technology, with its independently developed chips targeting the market for 200,000 to 300,000 vehicles, aiming to compete with mainstream products in the industry.
