Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation issue the Announcement on Specific Matters Concerning the Scope of Value-Added Tax Collection.

According to the official website of the Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "People's Republic of China Value-Added Tax Law" and "People's Republic of China Implementing Regulations of the Value-Added Tax Law", continuing the current policies and practices, the "Interpretation of the Scope of Goods Subject to the 9% Value-Added Tax Rate" and the "Interpretation of Sales of Services, Intangible Assets, and Real Estate" are now published.
