Congolese anti-government armed forces: Mining disaster leaves more than 200 dead

A spokesperson for the anti-government armed forces in the North Kivu Province of eastern Congo said on January 30th local time that a mining accident occurred earlier this week in the Rubaya cobalt and tantalum mining area of the province, resulting in the deaths of more than 200 people.
