Analysts from MWB research institution pointed out that in the short term, the proposed acquisition of a 29.06% stake in Puma by Anta Sports is not as important as Puma's internal restructuring. The analysts stated, "Anta's investment will not affect Puma's short-term fundamentals." They believe that due to the continued restructuring and adjustments in distribution models and inventory management, which still pose execution risks, are the more critical factors in the short term for Puma. Currently, Puma's stock price has dropped by 5.6%.
