During the visit of British Prime Minister Stammer to China, both sides reached a series of positive outcomes: 1. Both sides are committed to developing a long-term, stable and comprehensive strategic partnership between China and the UK. 2. Agreed to establish a high-level climate and nature partnership between China and the UK. 3. Resumed the high-level security dialogue between China and the UK. 4. Will hold a new round of strategic dialogue, economic and financial dialogue, and meetings of the Joint Economic and Trade Commission within the year. 5. Principally agreed to resume normal exchanges between the legislative institutions of both countries. China welcomes British parliamentarians who are willing to visit China to better understand the real China. 6. Held the meeting of the China-UK Entrepreneurs Committee and agreed to further strengthen bilateral trade and investment cooperation. 7. Both sides welcomed the establishment of the China-UK Financial Working Group and held their first meeting. China welcomed the London branch of a Chinese bank to become the second RMB clearing bank in the UK, and they will jointly hold the China-UK Insurance Forum. 8. China is actively considering implementing a unilateral visa waiver policy for British citizens. 9. China will reduce the import tariff on whisky from 10% to 5%. 10. The leaders of both countries witnessed the signing of 12 government-to-government cooperation agreements in the fields of economics, trade, agriculture, food, culture, market regulation, and law enforcement. 11. Both sides also reached multiple cooperation agreements in the fields of finance, health, media, and education.
