Electrical Announcement: It is expected that the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in 2025 will be between -3 million yuan and -2 million yuan, and the net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses will be between -12 million yuan and -8 million yuan. Due to the sharp fluctuations in the international trade environment, the company saw a significant reduction in orders in the US market in the first half of 2025, leading to an overall decline in performance; however, with the production start-up of the subsidiary in Vietnam and the recovery of orders in the US in the second half of the year, the company's performance gradually improved. In order to strengthen the company's competitiveness and respond to market competition, the company is increasing investment in talent introduction, equity incentives, new project research and development, and new business expansion.
