Zun You Co., Ltd. announced that it is expected to incur a net loss of 37-43 million RMB in the fiscal year 2025, compared to a loss of 15.7354 million RMB in the same period last year. The expected operating income is 330-360 million RMB, compared to 342 million RMB in the previous year. The company expects a loss in performance for the fiscal year 2025, mainly due to a decrease in the overall market workload of the continuous pipeline business and a lack of sufficient workforce, as well as the expansion of markets in oil and gas-rich areas outside the region. Decreased income due to insufficient operations, along with increased costs for remote deployment and off-site operations, also contributed to the forecasted loss.
