The December monthly report released by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on January 28 showed that as of December 31, 2025, there were a total of 5477 listed companies in the domestic stock market, with 2302, 2887, and 288 companies listed on the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing stock exchanges, respectively. In terms of share types, there were 5229 companies that issued only A-shares, 241 companies with multiple share types such as A+H and A+B, and 7 companies that issued only B-shares. In 2025, there were 116 new companies listed on the domestic market, with a total fundraising amount of 1341.41 billion yuan, including 78 companies listed on the ChiNext, Science and Technology Innovation Board, and Beijing Stock Exchange. There were 31 delisted companies in 2025, with 26 of them being from the Shanghai and Shenzhen main boards.
