Pharmaceutical company Pu Luo announced that the company has recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Hangzhou Derui Zhi Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. Based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, and complementary advantages, the two parties have become strategic partners and will engage in long-term cooperation in the CDMO project. The signing of this "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" is only a framework agreement, does not involve substantive transactions, does not constitute related party transactions, and does not constitute a major asset restructuring as stipulated in the "Regulations on the Management of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies." The signing of this strategic framework agreement does not require approval from the company's board of directors or shareholders' meeting.
