Aerospace Nanhu announced that the board of directors will convene on January 27, 2026 to review and approve the proposed annual budget for routine related party transactions in 2026, with an estimated amount of 556 million yuan for new related sales contracts and 101 million yuan for new related procurement contracts. The related parties involved include Beijing Radio Measurement Research Institute, among others. The estimated amount for related sales in 2026 is significantly higher by 206 million yuan compared to the actual amount in 2025, mainly due to market demand and user plan adjustments; while the estimated amount for related procurement is not significantly different from 98.70 million yuan in 2025. This proposal still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting.
