Guofang Group announced that Zhang Huiyang, the controlling shareholder's concerted action person, will release 16 million shares pledged to Zhongyuan Trust Co., Ltd. on January 26, 2026, accounting for 39.95% of his holdings and 2.4% of the company's total share capital. After the release, he will hold 40.05 million shares, accounting for 6.01%, with no remaining pledged shares.
