The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced today that China will formulate the "Basic Rights and Interests Protection Measures for Laborers in New Forms of Employment", further clarifying the standards for labor in new forms of employment and the responsibilities of enterprises for labor protection; issuing the "Interim Regulations on the Basic Rights and Interests Protection of Workers Over the Retirement Age"; promoting the revision of the "Paid Annual Leave Regulations for Employees", and promoting employers to implement the system of paid annual leave for employees.
