Bosswell announced that it is expected to achieve a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company of approximately 59 million yuan in 2025, and a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of approximately 41 million yuan, achieving a turnaround from loss to profit. The change in performance in this period is mainly due to the company's volume increase in electric motorcycles and two-wheeled vehicle battery exchange business, driving the full production and sales of large cylindrical battery cells, coupled with the recovery of the European electric assisted bicycle market, an increase in shipments to energy storage customers, capacity release bringing about economies of scale, continuous optimization of cost control and expense efficiency; in addition, the impact of asset impairment has diminished, jointly driving significant growth in revenue and net profit.
