CityLand Holdings: Wholly-owned subsidiary joint venture wins contract for project worth over 1.1 billion yuan awaiting signing.

Cityland Hong Kong announced that on January 23, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Systems Engineering Co., Ltd., together with China Construction Third Bureau Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Posts and Telecommunications Design Institute, formed a consortium and became the candidate for winning the bid for the "China Mobile Data Center Mechanical and Electrical Engineering EPC Project", with a total bid price of 1.126 billion yuan including tax. According to the agreement, China Construction Third Bureau Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Systems Engineering, and Shanghai Posts and Telecommunications Design Institute will respectively undertake 20%, 79.7%, and 0.3% of the contract work. The project is still in the public notice period, and uncertainties remain regarding whether it will ultimately win the bid and sign the contract.
