Chen Tianxiong, former member of the Party Committee and vice president of the Higher People's Court of Gansu Province, is under disciplinary review and investigation.

According to the Gansu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, Chen Tianxiong, former party member and deputy president of the Gansu Provincial High People's Court, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He has surrendered himself and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Gansu Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
