China Construction modular construction officially delivers high-end retirement apartments in the UK project.

Recently, the high-end retirement apartment project built by CIMC Modular Building under CIMC Group has completed module manufacturing and officially set sail for delivery in the UK. It can provide nearly 80 elderly-friendly living spaces and complete public facilities, meeting the strict standards of building safety, barrier-free environment, and sustainability in the UK. With the modules set sail, the project is about to enter the stage of cross-sea transportation and on-site installation, and it is expected to complete on-site lifting and assembly within two weeks, significantly shortening the overall construction period. Currently, CIMC Modular Building has successfully delivered over 200 projects in developed countries and regions worldwide, covering hotels, apartments, offices, camps, and other high-end areas.
