Moody's: Confirms Yuexiu Property Real Estate Investment Trust (00405.HK) "Ba3" corporate family rating outlook upgraded to "stable"

Moody's has revised the rating outlook of Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust (abbreviated as "Yuexiu Property Trust" 00405.HK) and Yuexiu REIT MTN Company Limited from "negative" to "stable" on January 20th. At the same time, Moody's also confirmed the "Ba3" corporate family rating (CFR) of Yuexiu Property Trust, as well as the "(P)Ba3" support senior unsecured rating for Yuexiu REIT MTN Company Limited's medium-term note (MTN) program and the "Ba3" support senior unsecured rating for notes issued under the MTN program.
