CICC: Can moderately increase attention to the real estate sector in the short term.

A research report from Zhongjin Securities pointed out the focus on trading opportunities in the real estate sector. Considering the recent increase in the frequency of real estate policies, while demand in the industry is still relatively weak, there are some positive changes on the supply side. We suggest increasing the attention on the real estate sector in the short term, and adjusting dynamically based on changes in natural inventory and progress in policies for purchasing existing homes.
